Welcome to Phoenix Primary School. We are an independent local intake school and accept students from Kindergarten to year 6 residing within our boundary. For detailed information on our intake boundary please click HERE.
IF YOU RESIDE IN PORT COOGEE, NORTH COOGEE or ELIZA PONDS (West side of Hamilton Road) YOU RESIDE IN THE CATCHMENT OF PHOENIX PRIMARY SCHOOL.
Outside of boundary applications will be considered and are subject to approval of the Principal. Please contact the school on 9414 2100 or visit the School Office to discuss your application.

The following documents will need to be sighted upon enrolment:
- Birth Certificate or Extract
- Proof of Address (e.g. Utility bill, Council rates, Rental agreement)
- Immunisation Records (AIR Statement)
- Copies of Family Court or any other court orders (if applicable)
- Information relating to suspensions (if applicable)
- Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable)
- If your child is not a permanent resident of Australia, you must provide evidence of current visa subclass and previous visa subclass (if applicable, such as if current visa is a bridging visa)

KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS
Kindy will start for your child in the following years:
If your child is born between 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 your child will start Kindy in 2024.
If your child is born between 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021 your child will start Kindy in 2025.
If your child is born between 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 your child will start Kindy in 2026.
If your child is born between 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 your child will start Kindy in 2027.
If your child is born between 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 your child will start Kindy in 2028.
APPLICATIONS FOR ALL KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS for the following year are due in July.

IT'S TIME TO ENROL
We are now taking applications for enrolment. You need to enrol for:
1. Kindergarten - 4 years old by 30 June 2025
2. Pre Primary (first year of compulsory school) - 5 years old by 30 June 2025
3. Changing schools.
Visit the school office now to enrol your children for 2025.
